This is the fifth lecture in this academic year's Sarton Seminar series, organised by the Sarton Centre for History of Science. Prof. Ruberg will talk about "Modern forensic cultures in Europe: Researching culture, ideology, and medico-legal expertise in practice’"
Willemijn Ruberg is associate professor in Cultural History. Her research interests include the modern history of gender, sexuality, emotions, knowledge, forensic expertise and the body, as well as cultural theory. She recently published History of the Body (2020) in the History and Theory series of Palgrave MacMillan/Red Globe Press.
